Helping You Navigate Life’s Challenges With Compassion and Clarity
Life can feel overwhelming—whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or just the stress of everyday demands. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, explore what’s weighing on you, and discover new ways forward.

Tina M. Collins, LCSW – Licensed Psychotherapist
Tina M. Collins is a Licensed Psychotherapist in New Jersey with over two decades of experience helping clients navigate life’s challenges with compassion and care.
Since 2001, Tina has provided a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel validated, supported, and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions. Her client-centered approach blends warmth and empathy with evidence-based practices, creating a foundation for personal growth, emotional resilience, and self-compassion.
Tina works with adolescents and adults from diverse cultural and life backgrounds, supporting those experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, social-emotional challenges, and relationship concerns. Drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, and strengths-based interventions—she tailors treatment plans to meet each client’s unique needs.
In her sessions, Tina encourages a self-paced, collaborative process, helping clients increase self-awareness, develop healthy coping skills, and foster a sense of empowerment. She integrates psychoeducation to equip clients with tools for making informed decisions, while grounding them in the present and exploring the impact of the past.
Whether addressing short-term concerns or guiding clients through long-term healing, Tina’s goal is to support each individual in creating meaningful, lasting change.
